1. General conditions of sale
    1. By placing an order on the staffilo.it shop the Client declares to have read all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions and payment terms indicated below.
    2. Any right of the Client to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
    3. In case of unexpected unavailability of goods and non-acceptance of the order will not be made any charge to the customer.
    4. The selling prices of the products on the site are inclusive of VAT. Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
  2. Purchase conditions
    1. The purchase of Staffilo products must be considered finalized and effective between the parties once the Client has completed the online procedure for the purchase and payment of products, only after receipt by the Client of the communication referred to in paragraph 2.2 below.
      Consequently, as requested by the customer must be understood as a purchase proposal that, to become binding for Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S, must be expressly accepted by the latter.
    2. The correct reception of the order is confirmed by the e-commerce system by means of communication via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. Suddetto confirmation message will report the summary of the order made with date and time of the order, an Order Number and a Customer Code, to be used in any further communication with the e-commerce system.
    3. It is the Customer's responsibility to register with the correct data and keep such data updated by means of the access credentials.
    4. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S undertakes to promptly notify the customer.
    5. In the case in which they will be carried out orders with address of foreign shipment, the customer will not be able to carry out the payment since, after the shipment of a recapitulatory email, it will come contacted from the service customers of Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S with relative estimate of order, comprising the expenses of consignment in base to weight of the or of the neck and address of delivery. In the event that the order is addressed to a distributor of the foreign area indicated, the prices of products may vary which will be indicated in the same order quote.
  3. Payment methods
    1. The purchase of Staffilo products is expected to be paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer in advance
    2. The transaction by Credit Card or PayPal takes place through the electronic system provided by PayPal; at no time during the purchase procedure is the electronic system of the staffilo.it portal and no member of staff able to know the Client's credit card number, which is provided by the Client to the PayPal Secure Server on a protected and encrypted internet connection according to the standards in force in the online payments market.
    3. All amounts displayed on staffilo.it are expressed in Euro, which is the reference currency.
    4. Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information (eg. telephone number, tax code) or sending copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In lack of the demanded documentation, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S reserves the right not to accept the order.
  4. Delivery methods and costs
    1. Orders received with delivery outside the national territory, will be handled with the cost of transport to be quantified or estimate. Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S can accept orders only with delivery in Italian territory.
    2. For every order made on staffilo.it, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S issue an invoice of the material shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to art 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the emission of the invoice, they make faith the information supplied from the Customer to the action of the order. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.
    3. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the mode Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer in advance, the charge on the credit card or PayPal will be applied by Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S, manager of the integrated platform of staffilo.it. Nothing is due more from the customer than the total order.
    4. The delivery of products will take place between 2-4 working days from the date of purchase. The times of delivery must however be considered indicative, being able in fact to vary according to the place of destination of the products. It also specifies that, if Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S is not able to make the delivery in the term indicated at the time of purchase, it will give timely notice to the customer.
    5. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, never on holidays, during normal business hours. For this reason it is suggested to the customer to indicate an address where the delivery of products can still be guaranteed. No responsibility can be attributed to Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S in case of delay in delivery by couriers of what ordered.
    6. At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
      • that the number of the necks in delivery corresponds to how much indicated in the document of transport;
      • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
      • Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately challenged, affixing WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery. Once signed the document of the courier, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
      • Eventual inherent problems the physical integrity, the correspondence or the completeness of the received products must be signalled within 7 days from the happened delivery, second the modalities previewed in the present document.
      • In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering, the order will be automatically canceled.
  5. Right of Withdrawa
    1. Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in paragraph 5.2 below.
    2. To exercise this right, the customer must send Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S a communication to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods. Such communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S - Via Roncade, 6 30020 Torre di Mosto (TV) Italy P.Iva 04036020271 or by telegram sent always within the above-mentioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, sent STRICTLY within the following 48 hours. Once reached us the aforesaid communication of recess, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S will quickly communicate to the customer instructions on how to return the goods which must be received by Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S within 10 days of authorization.
    3. The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:
      • the right applies to product purchased in its entirety, you can not exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased, the property purchased must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment), to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box, should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
      • by law, shipping costs related to the return of the property are charged to the customer;
      • the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
      • in case of damage to the property during transport, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S give notice to the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
        • Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
        • Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of shipping costs incurred, within 14 days of return of the goods, by transferring the amount charged. It will be cure of the customer to timely supply the banking coordinates on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN code of the holder of the invoice).
    4. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), where Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S ascertains:
      • the lack of the outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging;
      • the absence of integral elements of the product;
      • damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
      In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S will provide to return to the sender the acquired good, charging to the same one the shipment expenses.
  6. Privacy
    1. The personal data requested in phase of forwarding of the order are collected and deal to the aim to satisfy the express demands of the Customer and will not come in no case and to no title yielded to thirds party. Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S. guarantees to the own customers the respect of the norm in matter of treatment of the personal data, disciplined from the code of the privacy of which to the DL 196 of 30.06.03. Holder of the treatment of the data is Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S.
  7. Complaints

  8. Applicable Law
    1. The contract of sale between the Client and Tenuta San Giorgio di Sant Patrizia & C. S.S is concluded in Italy and regulated by the Italian Law. For the solution of civil and penal controversies deriving from the conclusion of the present contract of sale at a distance, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that one of the hole of reference of his town of residence; in all the other cases, the territorial competence is exclusively that one of the Court of Venice.
